Biography
Attorney Franco believes local families and clients deserve straightforward advice, prompt communication, and practical help grounded in experience rather than unnecessary complexity.
Much of his work involves helping families and clients navigate probate administration, estate matters, real estate transactions, title issues, fiduciary responsibilities, and related disputes.
As both a lawyer and longtime member of the local community, Attorney Franco understands that legal matters often involve more than legal issues alone. Probate disputes affect families. Real estate problems affect homes, businesses, and financial security.
Attorney Franco is licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court. His admissions also include federal district and bankruptcy courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and his J.D. and LL.M. in Business and Taxation from Capital University Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude.
His background includes legal training, real estate and title industry experience, and years teaching Business Law and Real Estate Law as an adjunct professor at North Central State College.
